All made fresh and dispatched the same day for delivery within 24 hours. Deliveries are made on Tuesday to Saturday by a 3rd party courier service. Once an order is placed, it will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. Orders will be posted Monday to Thursday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Meals are packed in recyclable cardboard boxes or BPA-free food-grade resealable pouches. Our pouches are heat sealed to avoid spillages during transit, safe and convenient to store. Our food is delivered chilled in insulated boxes that keep the food chilled during transit. 

Storing and Reheating

Store in the fridge or freezer.

Allergens

All orders are made in a kitchen that handles egg, shellfish, fish, gluten, nuts, soya bean, dairy and seeds. While we have measures in place to reduce cross-contamination, some of our products may contain traces of the allergens mentioned above.
